  • Overview

    Locations: Travel 75-100% of the time.  Will vary depending on acquisition and training needs.   Interested candidates must be flexible with schedule and availability and able to travel to various sometime remote locations.  Most Travel will require overnight stay. Must have valid driver’s license.                                                                                                                            

    Reports to Director of Integration and is responsible for the training and coordination of AAD policies and procedures with in his/ her area or scope of experience. Responsible for maintaining required skill certification lists for new acquisition staff and keep Regional Director updated on and progress, challenges or other needs which may arise during transition.

     

    Responsibilities

    As assigned but not limited to the following:

    • Will become EMA Certified Trainer within the first 12 weeks
    • Train staff on EMA and other systems.
    • Maintains high level of customer service to all internal and external customers
    • Monitors work flow and ensures adherence to policies and procedures; recommends and/or implements changes as necessary to maintain an efficient clinic and a positive work environment.
    • Plan, schedule, assign and monitor the work activities/training sessions of assigned personnel.
    • Promote positive, fair, and open environment within the acquisition.
    • Follow up on problems, complaints and inquiries to assure satisfactory resolution. Report same to Regional Director.
    • Keep Regional Director informed of personnel issues, staffing issues and any other pertinent information pertaining to and/or affecting  operations and the smooth implementation of policies and procedures.
    • Maintain a working knowledge of regulations, standards, policies, and practices of all aspects of your area of work, keep up to date on newest processes.
    • Knowledge of and compliance with HIPAA standards.
    • Knowledge of and compliance with OSHA Standard Precautions
    • Completes special projects as assigned by supervisor or RD

    Licensure/Certifications/Education

    EDUCATION

    High School diploma or equivalent.
