    Our Growing Dermatology Practice is currently seeking an experienced Facility Coordinator for all current and potential locations who will report to the Director of Facilities Management. This job is 40 hours per week, with flexibility in hours depending on project. Travel to existing and potential sites frequently.

    Responsibilities

    Site Development, Construction Oversight, and Maintenance

    • Evaluate building spaces and Develop Space Plan.
    • Oversee concept development while working with key providers/management team.
    • Solicit and evaluate contractor proposals.
    • Coordinate contract documents/financing.
    • Oversee quality and timeliness of construction.
    • Coordinate/approve payments.

    Determine capital equipment requirements for our medical office setting.

    • To include all aspects of outfitting, i.e. exam tables, surgery capital items as necessary, furniture and furnishings for reception area, exam rooms, miscellaneous, medical instrumentation and supply inventory, coordination of IT Systems/Phones.
    • Transition Planning and Execution to include capital equipment procurement, timeline/critical path, moving and implementation.
    • Create and maintain annual capital budgets for repairs and upgrades to existing facilities.

    Qualifications

    Experience in Construction Management, Facility Management, and Project Management a MUST! Private Medical Office Setting, so experience in this environment required.

    Licensure/Certifications/Education

    High School Diploma

    Associates or Bachelor's Degree preferred
