About the position:

  • Full-time position with benefits
  • Up to 50% Automobile Travel required
  • Primarily Monday through Friday, occasional weekend, and/or after hours work

  • Providing remote and on-site technical assistance with little-to-no outside guidance with:
  • Active Directory User and Permission Management
  • Computer hardware
  • Computer software
  • Network Print Queues
  • Peripherals
  • Networking – TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP
  • Mobile devices such as iPads and phones
  • Providing excellent customer service
  • Maintaining a professional demeanor and appearance


  • Minimum of 3+ years of successful experience in supporting Microsoft Operating Systems in Business/Enterprise Environment
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • Unquestionable integrity
  • Willingness to learn new skills and build expertise with additional systems such as Active Directory, Networking, and Telecom
  • Willingness to work overtime, sometimes with very short notice
