Virginia Dermatology & Skin Cancer Center, in affiliation with Anne Arundel Dermatology, is seeking an experienced Dermatology Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our growing Virginia Beach practice.
This opportunity offers a unique blend of medical dermatology and aesthetic services within a well-established practice. The ideal candidate will have experience managing a broad range of dermatologic conditions while also providing cosmetic consultations and treatments.

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat a wide range of dermatologic conditions
• Perform dermatologic procedures consistent with training and experience
• Provide aesthetic consultations and treatments while helping patients achieve their skincare goals
• Develop individualized treatment plans and educate patients on diagnoses, treatment options, procedures, and preventative care
• Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant medical documentation
• Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, and support staff to deliver exceptional patient care
• Foster strong patient relationships through compassionate, patient-centered care
• Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, clinical excellence, and customer service

• Minimum of 2 years of dermatology experience required
• Experience in both medical dermatology and aesthetic services strongly preferred
• Ability to independently evaluate, diagnose, and manage dermatology patients
• Experience performing dermatologic procedures
• Strong communication and patient relationship-building skills
• Excellent bedside manner and commitment to patient-centered care
• Self-motivated, organized, and team-oriented
• Demonstrated professionalism, integrity, and accountability
• Board Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
• Active Virginia license or ability to obtain prior to start date
• Current DEA registration and prescriptive authority, if applicable
• Current BLS certification
