Responsibilities

Job Summary: As the Scheduling Coordinator you are supporting the Patient Service Center leadership team, the clinical leadership teams, and the practice’s patients by maintaining our variety of digital communications systems, identifying problems and solutions associated with those systems, and assisting in the overall support of our cosmetics program. This is a remote role that will require flexible scheduling based on patient and practice needs. 
 

Duties/Responsibilities: 

  • Function as a Relatient system co-administrator 
  • Assist with the Everseat appointment confirmation process 
  • Maintain and communicate cosmetic job aids, protocols, and policies 
  • Monitor live and recorded calls, providing scored feedback (via an established Quality program) 
  • Communicate and coordinate PSC support with AAD practice locations  
  • Creating and maintaining documents to support related PSC scheduling processes 
  • Contribute to new hire training curriculum, both creation and delivery of the content 
  • Assist in the management of PSC job aides, training content, and documented resources 
  • Support various projects as assigned by the Vice President of Call Center Operations 
  • Other duties assigned as deemed necessary by management. 

Qualifications

Education and Experience: 

  • Experience with patient databases/CRM’s (preferably NextGen and/or EMA) 
  • Experience with AAD communications tools: Solution Reach and Everseat 
  • 3+ years tenure within the AAD PSC or a local office within the practice 
  • 3+ years call center experience 

 

Required Skills/Abilities: 

  • Attention to detail, specifically professional writing skills 
  • reliable, sets the standard for consistency 

 

Physical Requirements: 

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. 
  • Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
