As an Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner at AAD, you will play a vital role in delivering outstanding cosmetic services and ensuring a seamless experience for every patient.
Conduct personalized client consultations (in-person and virtual), educating patients on recommended procedures and products
Perform aesthetic treatments and cosmetic procedures in accordance with best practices and clinical guidelines
Educate clients on post-treatment care, medication use, and potential outcomes
Serve as a trusted resource for patients and team members, resolving concerns and ensuring satisfaction
Maintain accurate documentation in our state-of-the-art EMR (EMA)
Ensure strict compliance with HIPAA and all regulatory standards
Contribute to a positive team environment and participate in staff training and development
Support business development efforts by participating in marketing events and promotional opportunities
Provide input to improve processes and elevate the patient experience

Active Nurse Practitioner license in Maryland
Proven experience in aesthetic dermatology or cosmetic procedures (e.g., neurotoxins, fillers, lasers)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Passion for delivering an exceptional patient experience
Ability to work independently while contributing to a team dynamic
