What You’ll Do

As an Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner at AAD, you will play a vital role in delivering outstanding cosmetic services and ensuring a seamless experience for every patient.

• • Conduct personalized client consultations (in-person and virtual), educating patients on recommended procedures and products

  • Perform aesthetic treatments and cosmetic procedures in accordance with best practices and clinical guidelines

  • Educate clients on post-treatment care, medication use, and potential outcomes

  • Serve as a trusted resource for patients and team members, resolving concerns and ensuring satisfaction

  • Maintain accurate documentation in our state-of-the-art EMR (EMA)

  • Ensure strict compliance with HIPAA and all regulatory standards

  • Contribute to a positive team environment and participate in staff training and development

  • Support business development efforts by participating in marketing events and promotional opportunities

  • Provide input to improve processes and elevate the patient experience

Qualifications

• • Active Nurse Practitioner license in Maryland

  • Proven experience in aesthetic dermatology or cosmetic procedures (e.g., neurotoxins, fillers, lasers)

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Passion for delivering an exceptional patient experience

  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a team dynamic

• Board Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
• State Licensure
