The Talent Acquisition Specialist reports to the Manager of Talent Acquisition. This position is responsible for the full cycle of sourcing and recruitment for assigned departments to ensure timely hiring of clinic staff. The Recruiter develops and implements proactive and creative recruitment processes to ensure a strong pipeline for current and future openings. Responsible for sourcing, screening and interviewing applicants for professional, technical, administrative, clinical and managerial positions throughout Anne Arundel Dermatology.

Location: Remote with up to 15% travel (Career Fairs and 1-2 team meetings per year)
Must reside in PA, MD, DE, WV, VA or NC
Salary range: $60-70k
Reports To: Talent Acquisition Manager
The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process for clinical and non-clinical positions across multiple locations and states. This individual will partner closely with hiring managers to attract, assess, and hire top talent in alignment with organizational goals and values. Success in this role requires strong communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, develop job descriptions, and create effective recruitment strategies
Utilize a variety of sourcing methods including job boards, social media, referrals, and direct outreach to attract qualified candidates
Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring teams across locations and time zones
Maintain accurate candidate records and status updates in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
Monitor and report on recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and offer acceptance rates
Partner with credentialing and onboarding teams to ensure a seamless transition from offer to start
Stay informed of industry trends and regional employment market changes, especially across licensed medical roles
Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives
