North Atlanta Dermatology is hiring a full-time Medical Assistant to support our Duluth, GA clinic. In this role, you’ll support our provider with patient intake, procedures, and education, while helping ensure every patient receives compassionate, efficient care. Schedule: Monday-Friday| 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (1 hour lunch)
This position is primarily based in Duluth; however, you may occasionally be asked to provide coverage at our Marietta office as needed. Mileage reimbursement is provided.

Qualifications
Education and Experience
High school diploma or GED required.
Completion of a Medical Assistant program (CMA), Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) program, or a bachelor’s degree in a pre-med or pre-PA track preferred.
CPR certification preferred.
1-2 years of recent experience as a Medical Assistant, CNA, or in another clinical patient care role preferred.
Prior experience in dermatology is preferred.
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
Ability to perform moderate amounts of talking, bending, twisting, reaching, and balancing.
Frequent use of hands and fingers for clinical and administrative tasks.
Ability to communicate effectively in person and by telephone.
Ability to handle materials such as paper, medical supplies, and equipment.
Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds.
Potential exposure to infectious organisms, chemicals, and sharp instruments.
